How Do I Order?
For weekly meal prep pre-orders:
Head to our Order Now page, simply click on the item(s) you’d like and add them to your cart.
If you’d like to request any modifications (i.e. low carb, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc., those options can be found by clicking on each individual product.

During Checkout, you will have the option to choose your Pickup Location, Day, or Delivery option.
*Please note that outside of our ordering period (8pm Monday-12pm Thursday), no items will be listed on our Order Now page.
What If I’m Hungry Now? Can I Pick Something Up Today?
Yes! We always have items available at our storefront throughout the week, as well as hot, made-to-order lunch options. You can find what items are currently in stock/available in the store at our Lunch Menu link here.
Our storefront hours are:
- Wednesday/Thursday: 10am to 2pm
- Friday: 10am to 4pm
- Saturday/Sunday: 12pm to 4pm
Where Do I Pick Up My Order?
Weekly meal prep orders can be picked up at the following locations (chosen at Checkout) :
- READY SET PREP’D STORE – 1222 State Street, Suite 4, New Albany, IN 47150
- Saturday: 12PM to 4PM
- Sunday: 12PM to 4PM
- Four Barrel Fitness – 322 Mt. Tabor Road, New Albany, IN 47150
- *Members only; Orders are typically delivered between the following times:
- Sundays: between 1-2 pm
- You will receive a confirmation email once your meals have been delivered.

How Long Will My Meal Prep Meals Last?
Each Ready Set Prep’d item is prepared fresh each week, ensuring the longest possible shelf life of your product. All labels will indicate a ‘best by’ date – usually by that following Friday of pick-up, although many can be frozen to be eaten at a later date (and each label will list a “FREEZE BY” date if freezing is suggested/applicable – and will last up to 3 months in the freezer)
How Do I Reheat My Meals?
All meals will list general reheating instructions on its label – mostly using a microwave. But feel free to reheat on a stovetop or in the oven if you’d prefer! If reheating from a frozen state, we recommend microwaving on high for 3 minutes, then heating in 30-45 second increments until food is heated throughout.
Do You Accommodate Food Allergies / Sensitivities?
For the most part, yes! While we can’t guarantee every item on the menu will meet your specific dietary needs – we list the full ingredient list of every menu item in its description so that you can determine if it fits what you prefer/need.
For most common allergies, we’ll list substitutions in the item’s description – if applicable.
If you have a question on any menu item, or whether we can omit/substitute something in meal, don’t hesitate to ask! We’ll do our best to see what we can do.
Do I have to Pre-Order, or Is There an Option for me to Choose Meals at the Pickup Location?
Days of pre-order only are no more! If you like to plan ahead, or if you require modifications – we highly suggest taking advantage of our meal prep pre-ordering. We will always have a select number of meal prep options ready in our Grab & Go case (items from the previous week’s menu and customer favorites/requests); as well a daily Lunch menu including protein bowls, salads, wraps and toasts!
Is There a Minimum or Maximum Order?
There is no order minimum/maximum for in-person pickup at any of our pickup locations.
Home Delivery requires a $50 minimum order.
What Is a “Complete Meal?
Our “Complete Meals” are individual servings and typically consists of 4 ounces of protein, 1 cup of vegetables, and ½ to 1 cup of a carb source (unless otherwise indicated low-carb).
What if I Need to Cancel My Meal Prep Order?
Customers can cancel an order, and receive a full refund, as long as the cancellation is submitted before the ordering deadline (12PM Thursdays).
If you need to cancel your order after the ordering deadline has passed, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
Do You Ship Your Meals?
Not at this time. **Note** This may change in the future, and we’ll update this page as developments occur.
Do you Cater?
We do! While we are not equipped to provide full-service catering, we have taken on small groups (around 50 persons or less) for boxed lunches and (disposable) buffet-style catering. Have an event or special occasion coming up? Feel free to reach out to see if we can help!
