How do I order?

A weekly menu will be posted every Monday around 8 pm. Simply click on the item(s) you’d like and add them to your cart.

Orders can be placed from Monday evening through Thursday at Noon. Customers will have the option to pick up on the following Sunday or Monday.

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders can be picked up at the following locations (chosen at Checkout) :

  • inside of MESA, A Collaborative Kitchen – located at 216 Pearl Street, New Albany, IN 47150
    • Sundays: Noon to 4 pm
    • Mondays: 11 am to 6 pm
  • Four Barrel Fitness – located at 322 Mt. Tabor Road, New Albany, IN 47150
    • *Members only; this location is self-serve and has a max capacity per day – meals will be delivered between the following times:
      • Sundays: between 1-2 pm
      • Mondays: between 8-9 am
  • The Bar Smoothie Bar & Grill* (inside of Louisville Athletic Club Clarksville) – 951 E. Lewis & Clark Pkwy, Clarksville

    • *You do not need to be a member of LAC to pick up at this location, but there is a $25 minimum order for this location only.
    • Meals will be delivered on Sundays between 2-3 pm.

Customers with delivered orders (to Four Barrel & The Bar) will receive a confirmation email once their orders have been delivered.

How long will my meals last?

Each Ready Set Prep’d item is prepared within 24 hours of pick-up time, ensuring the longest possible shelf life of your product. All labels will indicate a ‘best by’ date – usually within 3-4 days of pick-up, although many can be frozen to be eaten at a later date (and each label will list a “FREEZE BY” date if freezing is suggested/applicable.

How do I reheat my meals?

All meals will list general reheating instructions on it’s label – mostly using a microwave. But feel free to reheat on a stovetop or in the oven if you’d prefer! If reheating from a frozen state, we recommend microwaving on high for 3 minutes, then heating in 30-45 second increments until food is heated throughout.

Do you accommodate food allergies/sensitivities?

While we can’t guarantee every item on the menu will meet your specific dietary needs – we list the full ingredient list of every menu item in its description, as well as tag each menu item that follows the most common diets/lifestyles (i.e. gluten-free, Whole30 compliant, paleo, dairy-free, etc.).

If you have a question on any menu item, or whether we can omit something from a meal, don’t hesitate to ask! We’ll do our best to see what we can do.

Do I have to pre-order, or is there an option for me to choose meals at the pick-up location?

Currently, we operate on a pre-ordering system only. However, there may be times where we may have “extras” available – and we’ll promote those via our Social Media pages in those instances.

Our pick-up location at The Bar will also stock a set number of grab & go’s from each week’s menu, as well!

Is there a minimum or maximum order?

Nope! Order as little or as many meals as you’d like.

*Unless you choose The Bar/LAC as a pick-up location – which does have a $25 minimum order.

What is a “Complete Meal”?

A “Complete Meal” typically consists of 4 ounces of protein, 1 cup of vegetables, and ½ to 1 cup of a carb source (unless otherwise indicated low-carb).

What if I need to cancel my order?

Customers can cancel an order, and receive a full refund, as long as the cancellation is submitted before the ordering deadline (Thursday at Noon).

If you need to cancel your order after the ordering deadline has passed, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

Do you deliver or ship your meals?

Not at this time. All orders must be picked up at one of our three pick-up locations.  **Note** This may change in the future, and we’ll update this page as developments occur.
